About the School
Founded in 1851, Florida State University, or FSU, is a public university. Located in Tallahassee, Florida, its urban campus is 487 acres. Enrollment is approximately 33,000 undergraduate and 10,000 graduate students. Florida State is in the Atlantic Coast Conference in the NCAA Division 1. There are also club and intramural sports on campus. Around 22% of students participate in “Greek Life” across 57 fraternities and sororities. FSU has a Catholic Student Union and Thomistic Institute chapter.
