About the School
Founded in 1933, Monmouth University is a private university. Located in West Long Branch, New Jersey, its suburban campus is 170 acres. Enrollment is just over 4,000 undergraduate and almost 1,500 graduate students. Monmouth University is in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference in the NCAA Division 1. There are also club and intramural sports on campus. Around 14% of students participate in “Greek Life” across 14 fraternities and sororities. It has a Catholic Campus Ministry.
