About the School
Founded in 1837, Mount Holyoke College is a private liberal arts college. Located in South Hadley, Massachusetts, its 800-acre rural campus is about 90 miles west of Boston. Enrollment is approximately 2,000 undergraduate students. Mount Holyoke College is in the New England Athletic Conference in the NCAA Division 3. There are also club and intramural sports on campus. There is no “Greek Life” (fraternities and sororities) on campus. Mount Holyoke has a Newman Catholic Ministry.
