About the School
Founded in 1845, the United States Naval Academy, or USNA, is a federal military service academy. Located in Annapolis, Maryland, USNA’s campus is 338 acres. Enrollment is approximately 4,500 students. USNA’s acceptance rate is less than 10%. United States Naval Academy is in the American Athletic Conference in the NCAA Division 1. There are also club and intramural sports on campus. There is no “Greek Life” (fraternities and sororities) on campus. United States Naval Academy has a Catholic Chapel Community, Thomistic Institute chapter, and FOCUS ministry.
