About the School
Founded in 1851, University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, is a public university with an endowment over $3 billion. Located in the twin cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, its urban campus is 1,204 acres. Enrollment is around 35,000 undergraduate and 15,000 graduate students. University of Minnesota, Twin Cities is in the Big Ten Conference in the NCAA Division 1. There are also club and intramural sports on campus. Around 11% of students participate in “Greek Life” across 60 fraternities and sororities. It has a Catholic Newman Center.
